Venus rotates much more slowly than the Earth. It takes 5832 hours for one full rotation (That is, 243 Earth days!). In other words, by the time the Sun rises again on Venus, it has risen again 243 times on Earth!
Because Venus is closer to the Sun, it takes only 224 days to finish one full revolution (the Earth takes 365 days). So, one Venus day is 243 Earth days. One Venus year is 224 Earth days.
