Hurrah, we come to the end of the module! We started by asking what happens to an inflated balloon in outer space. As we saw in the module, an inflated balloon has air with high pressure inside it.

There is no air in outer space. So, there is no atmospheric pressure. Because of this, the balloon will burst as the pressure inside is much higher than the pressure outside. So, don't take birthday balloons to outer space!
